Although TempoJa uses sources considered reliable and automated update processes, the information provided may vary, be delayed, or be inconsistent.

- fitness for a particular purpose
Weather conditions are naturally dynamic and can change quickly.
4. Limitation of liability
TempoJa is not liable for losses, damages, or harm arising from the use of information available on the platform.

- high-risk activities
The information does not replace official weather services or specialized professionals.
For critical decisions, we recommend consulting government sources and official agencies, such as national meteorological institutes and other recognized weather services.
5. Acceptable use and technical restrictions
To keep the platform stable and available for all users, you agree not to:
- perform aggressive automated scraping
- run crawlers at high frequency
- overload servers with excessive requests
- attempt to bypass technical limits or security mechanisms
- exploit vulnerabilities on the platform
- use malicious bots
If a public API exists, use must comply with technical limits, rate-limit policies, and official documentation.
We reserve the right to block abusive access without prior notice.
6. Intellectual property
The TempoJa brand, its visual identity, design, layout, navigation structure, software, and organization of content are protected by intellectual property rights.
The data-use license does not transfer ownership of the brand, interface, or platform technology.

TempoJa only collects technical data strictly necessary to operate the service, improve the experience, and keep the platform secure.
